Below are the summer events happening at the Slovak J Club – 485 Morgan Ave – Akron OH which are open to the public and all members of Branch 553:

Open Bowling NOW thru August – Every Wednesday starting at 11:00am – Come and enjoy the newly furbished lanes plus the great people that bowl!!!

Every Friday we have “Burgers & Beers” which consists of $5.00 Hamburgers, $6.00 Cheeseburgers and Domestic Beers – 5 for $10.00.
This runs thru the end of August.

JULY
17th – Baked Chicken Dinner – 4:30 – 6:30pm
27th – Annual Kielbasa Open – $85/person – Shotgun start at Mayfair Country Club in Uniontown OH – Reservation must be made with foursome payment
28th – Breakfast Buffet – 9:00 – 11:45am

AUGUST
7TH – Spaghetti Dinner – 4:30 – 7:00pm
21st – Lent in August! – Fried Fish Dinner – 4:30 – 6:30pm
25th – Breakfast Buffet – 9:00 – 11:45am
31st – State of Ohio Football Bash – Akron University vs. Ohio State – 3:30pm

SEPTEMBER
4th – Spaghetti Dinner – 4:30 – 7:00pm
7th – Ohio State vs. Western Michigan – 7:30pm
8th – Cleveland Browns vs. Dallas Cowboys – 4:25pm
