Branch 260 invites its members to attend the 2024 Simply Slavic Festival in Youngstown, OH. The festival will be held at Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre, Downtown Youngstown 201 S Phelps St, Youngstown, OH 44503. It starts on Friday, June 14, from 5 – 11PM and continues on Saturday, June 15, from noon to midnight. Admission is $5.00. Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge.

Created to showcase the rich traditions of the Mahoning Valley’s Slavic ethnicities, Simply Slavic features ethnic food, a Slavic beer garden, and an ethnic marketplace, as well as music, exhibits, folk dancers, and much more. More details on the event are available at www.simplyslavic.org.

This year, any current member of Branch 260 (age 13 and older) will receive $20 to use toward purchases at the event that day. Children (12 and under) who are current members of Branch 260 will receive $10. This offer is valid for one day only and each member must register in person from either 5 – 8PM on Friday or noon – 8PM on Saturday at the clearly marked FCSU table located inside the festival.

The officers of Branch 260 invite all of our members to join us this year at any or all of our meetings. Our meetings for 2024 will be as follows: Thursday September 12th and Thursday December 5th (this will be our election of officers meeting and holiday celebration). All of our meetings begin at 5:00pm and are held at Belleria Restaurant in Struthers, Ohio. Hope to see all of you in the coming year and God Bless!
