Charles Boone of Branch 853 graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation, from Liberty University in December 2022. Like many recent college students, his studies were affected and delayed by the covid pandemic.
Charles started his aviation studies in high school when he was dual enrolled in high school and college in his junior and senior years. The Superintendent confirmed that Charles made Keystone Oaks School history by being the first student in the history of the school to earn his private pilot license before graduating from high school.
In college, Charles continued his flight training, getting endorsements and the licenses he needs for his career. He is now employed by Western Michigan University as a Flight Instructor. Congratulations Charles on your outstanding accomplishments in your aviation career.
