Branch 228 is participating in the District 10 fraternal event of attending a Cleveland Monsters hockey game on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 7:00pm at Rocket Mortgage Field House in downtown Cleveland. Branch 228 members who participate will receive a free ticket for themself and one (1) guest if they choose to do so. Additional tickets for non-members may be purchased for $27.00. Reservations are required and MUST be made by Thursday, February 28, 2025.

The St. John the Baptist/Holy Trinity Lodge, Branch 228 will hold their next meeting on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 7:00pm
IN-PERSON at the American Slovak Club on 30th and Broadway in Lorain, OH.

This past December’s election results for Branch 228 officers were as follows: President – Luis Palos, Vice-President – Ryan Trifiletti, Financial Secretary – Lisa Trifiletti-Palos, Activities Director/Auditor – Theresa Arendt and Recording Secretary – Thomas Zuffa were all re-elected to one-year terms expiring December 31, 2025.

For Representatives to the American Slovak Club Board of Directors, Kathy Trifiletti and Ryan Trifiletti were re-elected to a 3-year term expiring December 31, 2027.

We respectfully ask all of our FCSU members to pray for a calm environment and unity among the leaders of the world.
