ENTER the 2nd Annual FCSU Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest.
May the ugliest sweater win!

CONTEST RULES:

You enter by emailing a digital picture of you and/or fellow members dressed in the ugliest Christmas sweater you own WITH a recent copy of the Jednota Newspaper in the picture to Kevin Collins at: Kevinfcsu@outlook.com.
Everyone in the photo must be a member. You must include your name (s), address, and branch number(s) in the body of the email with your digital photo. Please see the box below for a checklist of the information needed to constitute a qualified entry.
The preferred format for your digital photo is jpeg; pdfs can be accepted.
Deadline to enter is Friday, December 31, 2021. The email with your digital photo and entry information (see below) must be time dated by midnight of the deadline day.
Contest winners will be posted on the FCSU website and published in Jednota.

PRIZE LEVELS:

* FIRST PRIZE – $100 * SECOND PRIZE – $50 * THIRD PRIZE – $25
(prizes awarded in 3 categories: age 15 & Younger; age 16 – 39; age 40 & Better)

Info that MUST be submitted in your emailed entry along with your digital Ugly Christmas Sweater photo:

*        Your Name (s): please list the full names of the members in your photo
*        A recent copy of the Jednota newspaper must be in the photo as well
*        Please indicate the category you are entering: under 15, age 16-39, or over 40
*        You MUST include your branch number and the branch number of the people in the photo (if different from yours)
*        Your Street Address: please include your main mailing address where you would like your prize mailed. Please include City, State, Zip
*        Phone Number :please also include a number where you can be reached if questions
