Obmedzené na základné výlety do 1. Novembra
Od soboty 24. októbra do nedele 1. novembra je zavedená výluka na celom Slovensku, s výnimkou ciest na testovanie, práce a poskytovania potrebných potrieb alebo prechádzok v prírodnom prostredí okolo bydliska, povedal po stretnutí ústredného tímu pre krízové riadenie a vlády v tento deň predseda vlády Igor Matovič.
Prísnejšie pravidlá platia v najviac postihnutých okresoch Námestovo, Tvrdošín, Dolný Kubín (všetky v Žilinskom kraji) a v Bardejove (Prešovský kraj). Vysvetlil, že v najviac postihnutých okresoch budú môcť ľudia využívať výnimky zo zákazu, iba ak majú negatívny test PCR alebo test na antigén, ktorý nebol vykonaný neskôr ako 23. októbra. Podľa premiéra to bolo najťažšie rozhodovanie v dejinách samostatného Slovenska.
Podľa výnimiek nebude zákaz vychádzania z rezidencie platiť od 1:00 do 5:00. Aj v prípade cesty na testovanie do práce, sprevádzať deti do školy, navštíviť najbližší obchod s potravinami, lekáreň, lekára alebo sa postarať o blízkeho. Výnimkou je tiež starostlivosť o vlastné hospodárske zvieratá alebo chôdza s domácimi miláčikmi do 100 metrov od miesta bydliska. Ľudia môžu tiež ísť na pohreb, poštu, do banky, do poisťovne, do čistiarne alebo do autoservisu alebo na benzínovú pumpu. Výnimkou sú tiež prechádzky po prírode v oblasti bydliska.
Predseda vlády potvrdil, že v okresoch Dolný Kubín, Tvrdošín a Námestovo na Orave a v okrese Bardejov sa plošné testovanie nového koronavírusu začína v piatok 23. októbra o 8.00 h. Celoštátne testovanie sa uskutoční na zvyšku Slovenska počas nasledujúcich dvoch víkendov.
Going Out Limited to Essential Trips through Nov 1
A lockdown throughout Slovakia has been put in place from Saturday, October 24, to Sunday, November 1, except for trips to be tested, to work and to provide necessary needs or to walk in natural surroundings in residences’ districts, Prime Minister Igor Matovic said following the meeting of the Central Crisis Management Team and the Government on this date.
Stricter rules apply in the most affected districts of Namestovo, Tvrdosin, Dolny Kubin (all in the Zilina region) and in Bardejov (Presov region). He explained that in the most affected districts, people will be able to use exemptions from the ban only if they have a negative PCR test or antigen test that has not been taken later than October 23. According to the premier, this was the most difficult decision-making in the history of independent Slovakia.
According to exceptions, the ban on going out of residences won’t apply from 1AM to 5AM. Also in the case of a trip to be tested, to work, to accompany children to school, to visit the nearest grocery store, pharmacy, doctor or take care of a loved one. An exception is also given to take care of one’s own farm animals, or to walk pets within 100 meters from the place of the residence. People can also go to a funeral, post office, bank, insurance company, dry cleaner’s, or car service as well as to a petrol station. Exceptions are also walks in the countryside in the district of residence.
The prime minister confirmed that in the districts of Dolny Kubin, Tvrdosin and Namestovo in Orava area and in Bardejov district, pilot testing for novel coronavirus begins at 8 a.m. on Friday, October 23. The nationwide testing will be carried out in the rest of Slovakia during the next two weekends.
