Ingredients
2 pounds of peeled and sliced potatoes
1.5 pounds of cubed pork cutlet seasoned with salt and pepper
and paprika
½ pound -1 pound of bacon
1 pound of Kielbasa
1-2 large onions sliced
1-2 large peppers sliced
Salt and pepper
Paprika
A generous splash of dry white wine
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a Dutch oven or casserole dish, using olive oil or butter, grease the bottom of the dish.
Layer the potatoes, add salt and pepper and paprika, then a layer of seasoned pork, followed by a layer of onions and peppers, more salt, pepper, & paprika seasoning and finally a layer of bacon and kielbasa. Continue layering until all ingredients are in. Top with more paprika and white wine. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours or until pork looks fully cooked.
